When a refund is possible

We guarantee the quality of all products purchased for half a month.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will take care of it.

If the product is defective or faulty, we will not be able to exchange or refund it if more than two weeks have passed since purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If a refund cannot be provided

Please note that we cannot accept changes to your order (such as changing the product, color, or size) or cancellations after it has been placed. Please confirm the contents before completing your order.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as incorrect size, different from the image, or incorrect ordering.

If the return is due to the consumer's fault, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, and the specific cost will depend on the shipping company selected by the customer.
If the product is damaged or the wrong product is delivered due to our reasons, the consumer will not be required to pay the shipping costs for that reason.
